How to Group Multiple Household Jobs Into One Clear Enquiry
A practical Adelaide household-maintenance template for making a multi-job MEL ONE enquiry easier to discuss.

Use one list, but keep individual tasks separate
A single enquiry can contain several tasks, provided each has its own short line: location, visible issue and intended outcome. Grouping by kitchen, bedroom, garden or exterior avoids losing a small job inside a long paragraph.
Identify whether a task depends on a delivery, product instructions, owner approval, room access or an existing issue being assessed first. This is planning information, not a claim that items can be completed in one visit.
Prioritise by everyday impact, not assumed urgency
Mark which tasks most affect normal household use, such as a screen, cupboard, gate or assembly item that blocks a space. This helps order a discussion rather than deciding which problem is urgent or what method should be used.
Damaged electrical fittings, broken glass, roof access, suspected hazardous materials or structural movement should be described safely and may need appropriate specialist assessment. Do not test, dismantle or move items to complete the list.
Prepare the information that changes the conversation
Include safe photographs, applicable product names, existing parts, Adelaide suburb, contact preference and access limitations. Note whether pets, children, shared entrances, parking or a tenant-manager relationship affect a possible visit.
MEL ONE can review the list as an enquiry, while scope, sequencing, timing, availability, materials and any quote are confirmed for the individual request.
Key notes
- Create one line per task with room, observation and desired outcome.
- Group tasks by indoor and outdoor location.
- Mark dependencies, product instructions and approval roles.
- Flag tasks affecting everyday use without labelling a diagnosis.
- Include safe photos, suburb and access limitations.
Keep in mind
- This is general enquiry guidance, not a diagnosis, work instruction or booking confirmation.
- New or concealed conditions may require a separate next step.
