Before your visit
Note when overflow occurs and whether it is at a corner, outlet or gutter length. Ground-level images are optional. Ground-level observations are sufficient for the enquiry, with climbing or water testing left to appropriate assessment.
Safe existing photos are optional; email them to admin@melonemaintenance.com.au if useful. A description is enough to request assessment.

Downpipe Outlets and Gutter Overflow Locations
Overflow at a corner, along a gutter length or near an outlet gives different information about the affected area. It does not by itself identify the cause. Record when and where it was observed from the ground so cleaning and any separate connection or drainage repair can be assessed.
An outlet surrounded by leaf debris, water escaping from a joint and overflow continuing after cleaning are different observations. Keep the affected position and timing with the request so debris removal, a damaged connection and any further drainage assessment can be discussed separately. Cleaning a gutter does not by itself establish that the downpipe or roof is sound.
Regional example — Prospect
This photographed case took place in Prospect, not Campbelltown. It provides context for discussing a repair; the task and scope at your property need their own assessment.
