Before your visit
Identify the path clearance and plants to retain. Describe access and green-waste arrangements. You can mark safe existing photos or point out pruning boundaries during assessment.
Safe existing photos are optional; email them to admin@melonemaintenance.com.au if useful. A description is enough to request assessment.

Path Clearance, Retained Plants and Pruning Waste
Identify retained plants and the clearance wanted around each path before pruning is agreed. A general request to clear growth can leave the boundary unclear. List the small plants or hedge areas, access constraints and green-waste handling so the quote describes the intended tidy-up.
